Since
inception as an NGO in 2002, ISHWAR has focused on the development
of children and young adults with special needs in many
ways.
Some
of them include:
- Inclusive
Centre for Creative Arts. Activities such as music, dance,
pottery, art and craft are taught under guidance of trained
therapists.

- A clothes donation
camp for the poorest of poor was concluded in January,
2004 wherein clothes were distributed to 57 families of
TB infected poor patients of the New Delhi Tuberculosis
Centre, Lok Nayak Hospital, New Delhi.
